1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked in the footer. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
2. Account and eligibility
Google Sign-In is required to place an order. You are responsible for using an account you are authorised to access and for providing accurate, current contact and delivery information. Purchases by a minor must be made with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products and availability
We aim to describe products accurately, but natural and farm products may vary slightly in appearance, size, colour, or packaging. Product availability and stock can change. We may limit quantities or remove a product when necessary.
4. Prices and charges
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. The cart and checkout show the applicable product total and delivery charge before an order is submitted. Prices, offers, and delivery thresholds may change, but changes will not alter an order already accepted unless required to correct an obvious error and agreed with you.
5. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order number or automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily final acceptance. We may contact you to confirm availability or delivery details. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, delivery limitations, or other legitimate reasons. If payment was collected for an order we cancel, it will be refunded.
6. Payment
Available payment methods and payment status are shown during checkout or order processing. You must provide accurate payment information and be authorised to use the selected method. An order marked “Pending” has not been recorded as paid.
7. Delivery
Delivery availability, charges, and estimates depend on the address, order contents, and operating conditions. Please provide complete delivery information and ensure someone can receive perishable goods. We will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.
8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Our Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, make fraudulent orders, scrape protected content, or use the service in violation of law.
10. Intellectual property
The Hennex Farm name, branding, website design, text, and original media are owned by or licensed to Hennex Farm. They may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
11. Availability and liability
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but it may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Hennex Farm is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. This does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be limited.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and consumer authorities with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns promptly.
